Once your first year is completed, your card on file will automatically be charged the annual rate at the time of purchase for the package you selected.
Example: You purchased the Essentials Package at the sale price of $75. Your 17hats subscription will automatically renew next year at the original price of $150.
When you purchase a year of 17hats from our Black Friday sale, your subscription will be extended by a year on top of your paid recurring subscription.
Example: If your 17hats yearly subscription was renewed in September 2024, your next subscription payment will be in September 2025. With the addition of the Black Friday sale, you receive another year making your next subscription due in 2026.
We do not offer refunds for subscription renewals with the purchase of a one year plan.
If your annual or longer subscription renewed after October 1, 2024, you will receive a full refund of your old plan when you buy a Lifetime Membership.
If your plan renewed before October 1, 2024, you will receive a prorated refund (up to $100) for the time remaining. Refund will occur before December 15, 2024.
